Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the reserved service total.Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service total. Future appointments may require a deposit before booking.In the rare event that I need to reschedule your appointment, any deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment date.
New Guest Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve all first-time appointments.Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time when rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show appointments, will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Service Adjustments
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate adjustment.Adjustments are not available for changes of mind, desired changes that differ from the original consultation, or services that have been altered by you or another stylist following your appointment.To ensure the best possible results, I ask that all recommended aftercare instructions be followed. Maintaining your hair's appearance and integrity requires proper at-home care.
Guests & Additional Visitors
To ensure a relaxing and personalized experience, only guests receiving a service may be present during appointments.Please do not bring additional visitors, including friends, family members, partners, or children, unless they are receiving a service themselves. Due to limited space, clients who arrive with additional guests may be asked to reschedule their appointment.Thank you for helping me create a comfortable environment for everyone in the studio.

I’m always happy to help guide you toward the appointment that best fits your hair and desired result.Do I need a consultation?Consultations are recommended for major color changes, corrective color, or if you're a new guest who would like a personalized plan before booking. Consultation fees are applied toward your future appointment.Do you offer vivid or fantasy colors?At this time, I do not offer vivid or fantasy color services. My focus is on blonding, dimensional color, gray blending, and natural-looking results.What is included with blonding services?All blonding services include a K18 treatment and blowout. Haircuts and other color services may be added to any service for an additional charge.How often should I maintain my color?Maintenance varies depending on your service and desired look. Most guests return every 8–12 weeks for blonding services and every 4–8 weeks for gray coverage or all-over color.What forms of payment do you accept?Hollow Eleven is a cashless studio. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.What if I'm running late?Please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving late may require modifications to your service or may result in rescheduling if there is not enough time remaining to complete the appointment.Can I bring a guest with me?To ensure a relaxing and personalized experience, only guests receiving a service may be present during appointments.Do you offer services for children?At this time, I do not offer children's services.Can I bring my own hair color or products?To ensure consistent, professional results, I use only professional products that I have selected and tested.
